Annual Slow Food Farm Dinner
YOU'RE INVITED
The Slow Food Denver team invites you to join us for our 4th annual Slow Food Farm Dinner Fundraiser. This event supports all of our impactful programming while allowing us the opportunity to gather and celebrate our work.

The 2025 Dinner.
Slow Food Denver’s beloved Farm Dinner returns on September 7, 2025, at the beautiful Chatfield Farms. This year’s event features a seasonal, locally sourced menu from Chef Caroline Glover, the James Beard Award–winning chef and owner of Annette and Traveling Mercies. Guests will enjoy a vibrant cocktail hour, a farm-inspired meal in the Deer Creek Stables, live music, and - if attending as a VIP - an exclusive farm tour, appetizers, and deeper connection to the story of Slow Food.
Set against the backdrop of a working regenerative farm, Chatfield Farms is home to the historic Hildebrand Ranch, a solar garden, and vital food access programs serving the local community. It’s a fitting location for an evening that celebrates food, land, and the people who steward both.
Chef Caroline Glover is known for her simple, elegant cooking rooted in Colorado’s seasons and relationships with local growers. Her work at Annette has earned national acclaim, and we are honored to collaborate with her for this year’s dinner.
VIP guests will begin the evening with a private tour of the farm, early access to the space, and specially curated appetizers, cocktails, and music from a local band. All guests will enjoy a welcoming cocktail hour before sitting down for a multi-course meal inside the stables.
When you purchase a ticket to the Farm Dinner, you’re doing more than reserving a seat at the table. You're helping grow the next generation of food leaders through our Seed to Plate program, supporting hands-on learning through our FED Workshops, and fueling the day-to-day work that keeps Slow Food Denver’s mission alive.
Join us for an unforgettable evening of connection, flavor, and purpose, and help us continue to nourish our local food system, from the ground up as we work towards good, clean and fair food for all.

OUR 2024 SUCCESS.
Surpassed Funding Goals
Surpassed our goal by nearly 30%
This year we hosted our most successful paddle raise and silent auction to date. Adding this income to our ticket revenue, sponsorships, and wine pull allowed us to bring in funding that surpassed our goals. This funding directly supports our staff and ongoing efforts to bring good, clean, and fair food to all. We are so grateful.

Largest Volunteer Crew To Date
Community, Boulder chapter, Escoffier, and more volunteers
Denver showed up in force to help us with this event. We had volunteers from our community that have been long time volunteers. We also had board members and Slow Food Boulder volunteers. Additionally, Escoffier students and instructors generously donated their time. This event could not have succeeded without the massive help we received.

Multiple High Profile Partners
Matt Vawter, Id Est, Staub, Pinemelon, and more
In 2024, we partnered with multiple exciting establishments both here in Denver and beyond. These partnerships allowed us to elevate our event, while uplifting the work of these businesses. We are grateful for the collaborative efforts and support we received from the Rootstalk team, Wolf's Tailor, Staub, Pinemelon, Haykin, and Wodify.
