I am a culinary professional with deep hands-on experience, professional training and a personal passion for the culinary field, in addition to, a strong business expertise. After receiving my classical training from the International Culinary Center in New York City, I worked as a line cook in an upscale neighborhood restaurant. I then spent over six years as a food stylist at Food Network. While at Food Network, I provided food styling and culinary production for Rachel Ray, Emeril Live, Iron Chef, Boy Meets Grill, and more. I also worked as a kitchen classroom volunteer with the Edible Schoolyard in NYC. Prior to my career in food, I worked in investment management where my focus was client and relationship building and management as well as strategic marketing and fundraising efforts. Since moving to Colorado, I have been working as a recipe developer, tester and content creator for a local health and wellness influencer and co-authored a cookbook. I love living in Colorado and enjoy hiking, skiing and being on the water.
