On Saturday, April 18th, Slow Food Denver is heading to Edgewater for an Urban Foraging Workshop. Led by Kate the Urban Forager, this hands-on session will transform the way you view your local landscape. From backyard treasures to wild edibles tucked away in neighborhood alleys, you’ll learn how to identify and appreciate the biodiversity of our city.
