Led by the team at New West Knifeworks, this hands-on workshop is designed to elevate your kitchen confidence. Guests will split into intimate groups to master essential knife skills and learn the art of knife maintenance, including basic honing and stropping techniques to keep your blades razor-sharp at home.
Between demonstrations, enjoy delicious small bites, sip on drinks, and test your aim with some exhilarating indoor axe throwing!
