About the event
Join us for a truly special evening of cooking at local farm – Fleischer Family Farm. We will gather at the neighborhood spot for two demonstrations that will guide attendees through different styles of cooking outdoors. One lesson will focus on the traditional camp stove and the other on Ooni pizza ovens. The lessons are perfect for all types of car camping and all levels of cooking!

The event will begin with a farm tour by owner and operator Paul Flesicher. He will guide attendees around the space to learn about the farm’s history and practices. During the tour, guests will also be invited to pick herbs to enhance the dishes they cook with our instructors.
Our first lesson will be taught by Bobby Cagliero of First Tracks/Allora Pizza. He will teach attendees how to make pizza in the travel Ooni pizza ovens. However, he won’t…
