About the event
Slow Food Denver is thrilled to announce that the third year of our annual fundraising event, the Slow Food Farm Dinner, will take place on September 7th, 2024 at MASA Seed Foundation with food prepared by 2024 James Beard winner Chef Matt Vawter and the beloved Chef Paul C. Reilly.
Our venue, MASA Seed Foundation, is a fellow non-profit working to grow, secure, and preserve seeds acclimatized in our Rocky Mountain region. With a backdrop of the front range, Matt Vawter of Rootstalk and Radicato in Breckenridge will prepare a meal sourced with produce from MASA and fruit from the Western Slope all revolving around a whole hog roast.
The VIP event will welcome guests for a special hour of exclusive experiences. This year, we have partnered with Haykin Cider and Id Est's Wolf's Tailor to feature their recent collaboration that approaches food waste with creativity. Guests will be invited…
