Slow Food Farmers Market at The Source

Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
May 29th- October 30th

Slow Food Markets help build a community around food, celebrate local food production and engage people in the conversation about food culture. The Slow Food Farmers Market is a collaboration between Slow Food Denver and the Source to host a community-run and locally sourced market based on the Slow Food principles of Good, Clean and Fair. All of the participants are Colorado farmers and makers who only sell food that they have produced themselves and share the Slow Food values of preserving the environment through their production.
Following its kick-off on May 29, The Slow Food Farmers Market takes place at the Source every Sunday through November from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Weekly vendors include Leffler Family Farms, Hunt & Gather, La Joyia Farm and Five Points Fermentation, with Thistle Whistle Farm joining the regular roster later in the season. Each week also features two guest producers ranging from local honey, cricket flour and pastries. Source vendors, including Mondo Market and RiNo Yacht Club, also  participate weekly, featuring rotating Colorado producer tastings and a seasonal cocktail, respectively. Slow Food Denver offers “Little Locavores” activities for children each week, plus educational demonstrations for adults.
