The amazing thing about preserved foods is that they exist in so many forms, flavors and cultures. In this, our 5th year of the Preserve the Harvest Series, we are excited to announce that we have a committee of volunteers supporting the series who are passionate about cheeses, charcuterie, ferments and more, so keep your eyes open for classes and tour featuring the best of Colorado preserving.
To kick off the 2016 season, we will be learning from the salumi experts at Il Porcellino. We would love to have you join us on April 10th for this Event!
