Slow Food Denver seeks motivated, energetic interns for our office to support the planning, development, fundraising, communications and outreach for our programming to celebrate good, clean and fair food. The ideal candidates will have a strong enthusiasm for our work, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
A minimum of 10 hours per week is required for all intern cycles. Interns are not required to work out of the Slow Food Denver office (can be remote). Internships are unpaid; however, students may earn academic credit. Internships are open to non-student volunteers!

Grant Writing & Fundraising Outreach – Position currently filled
Intern responsibilities include research of potential grant applications, applying for grant opportunities (using previous grant proposals as a foundation), and partnership building in the Denver area.
Communications & Social Media – Now accepting applications
Intern responsibilities include conducting interviews & research for article and blog writing to be shared on Slow Food Denver’s website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Intern is also encourage to connect with local media outlets to share stories and events.
