Impact Dinner at Comal – February 2019

For Comal’s February 2019 Impact Dinner, Executive Chef Tim Bender will partner with guest chef Sara Nassr on a multi-course gourmet meal complete with wine and cocktail pairings. Nassr and Bender are creating a menu of modern, Middle-Eastern inspired dishes that are rooted in traditional flavors, exemplified by creative techniques.

Early Bird tickets are now on-sale through Thursday, February 7 for $60 per person.

Starting Friday, February 8, general admission tickets will cost $75 per person. Additionally, four elevated Chef’s Counter tickets are available for $125 per person, providing VIP guests with exclusive beverages and gourmet, seasonal dishes while overlooking all the action. Tickets are all-inclusive. Menu details TBA.

Focus Points Family Resource Center (the nonprofit parent behind Comal), Friends and Family (a nonprofit organization comprised of, and designed to serve, Colorado’s hospitality industry employees), and Slow Food Denver have partnered to host this special event.
