Each month, Chef Christian Graves of Citizen Rail will partner with a local Denver chef to create three small bites available on their happy hour menu.
Once the cooking is complete, the chefs will grab a drink and hang out in Citizen Rail’s bar.
And the best part – a portion of our proceeds benefit Slow Food Denver.
