Lennon was born in Philadelphia but has lived in Colorado most of her adult life. She taught preschool and ran a childcare while her sons were young. After raising her two sons she finished her degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management in Denver. She has worked in restaurants around the metro area and owned her own café. When not following her other passion of travel, Lennon is a private chef and working on a blog and cookbook. She is passionate about sustainability and zero waste and wants to share her passion and knowledge to teach others how to cook and be healthy.
